Dining with stars is usually more memorable than enjoyable. The restaurant Stoleti – which means “century” – has found a reasonable compromise: honor them in absentia. You can enjoy their company on one of Old Town’s quietest streets, for a working-Joe price, and without fanfare. Stoletà offers solid value and inspired kitchen technique – though that last one does go a bit far at time. You can say you’ve had a pure czech meal and thoroughly enjoyed it at Stoleti.
