Summer Film School Uherské Hradiště is the largest non-competitive film festival in the Czech Republic attracting thousands of visitors every year. They come to watch films, meet up with guests and friends and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the festival. Summer Film School is an annual presentation of remarkable filmmakers (Mike Leigh, Peter Greenaway, Emir Kusturica, Kaurismäki brothers, Carlos Saura…), Czech and international guests and thematic sections that offers an unrepeatable opportunity of being educated in film and with film. The programme consists of sections, lectures, master classes that are led by significant film personalities, seminars and panel discussions.
