A brand-new Czech Film Commission website is in the works. For this reason, we have currently curtailed activity on this site. We will, however, keep the information on production incentives up to date here.
The new website will help us present the Czech Republic as an attractive destination for filming international productions more effectively.
You can still find current information about production incentives on our existing website. Other parts of the website, especially News, will not be updated as we transition to the new space.
An essential part of the new site will be a modernized Directory of Czech filmmakers and suppliers, which will offer registered entrepreneurs and companies based in the Czech Republic new features and simpler profile management. All profiles from the existing Directory will be automatically transferred to the new one.
The website will present a more detailed Filmography of international projects and a photo gallery of locations across the country to help producers see the possibilities for filming in the Czech Republic.
