Prof. Kříž is a founder and director of the Institute of Copyright, Industrial Property Rights and Competition Law at the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague. JUDr. Dobřichovský is internationally recognized scholar in the field of IP law. Several of our attorneys are arbitrators for the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce. Many of the members of our team publish both in the Czech Republic and abroad. Most of our attorneys-at-law spent at least one year at one of the EU law schools (e.g. l´Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, Universidad de Cáceres, Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, Universität Greifswald, Universität Passau) or received part of their legal education in the United States (e.g. Berkeley School of Law, BCLT).
