Director at the Escape to Nature B.V. – film, photography, and advertising company based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Libor is an experienced cinematographer (DoP), photographer, pilot and cameraman for drone (UAS), scuba instructor (SSI), sea captain, and environmentalist. Specialties: underwater filming and photography, marine wildlife, documentary projects focusing on the monitoring and protection of the underwater world, natives and their rituals, and etc.

Libor studied High Technical School in Rychnov nad Kneznou and in the late 90’s he was studying photography in New York. He lives near Prague in the Czech Republic.

Since 1998 he has been devoted to scuba diving and taking photographs. He has traveled all over the world as a leader of diving expeditions and an underwater photographer/cameraman.

In 2008 he founded Escape to Nature production company where he works as a cameraman (DoP) and director of the award-winning documentary films. As a cameraman he works also for other production companies.

Libor’s specialities: underwater filming (own equipment) and aerial filming (by drone)

His documentaries made for the Escape to Nature production company are awarded at international film festivals around the world (USA, Europe) and broadcast in Ceska televize and foreign television channels.
