We offer apartments for short and long term rental in an 1913 art nouveau building right on the Vltava river in an attractive area below the Vyšehrad Castle.

On each floor of the five-storey building there are two apartments with a size between 95m2 and 180m2, on the fifth and sixth floor you will find a nearly 600 m2 maisonette with a 200m2 terrace.

The apartments have preserved ceilings of up to three metres hight and tall windows offering wonderful views of the Vltava river, nearby Vyšehrad, Prague Castle and Petřín Hill.

The largest area in the apartments is dedicated to the living room which is connected with the kitchen and dining room. In each apartment, there are from two to five bedrooms and two or three bathrooms, storage space, and a balcony. Each room has either a high quality wooden floor or a very comfortable carpet. All kitchen and bathrooms are done in marble and are very comfortable. The interiors have been equipped with smart appliances and quality materials.
