Founded in 2012 in Zlín, Czech Republic, BareBear Production (BBP) is an animation and production studio now based in Prague, with branches in Zlín and New York. BBP’s multidisciplinary team of directors, designers, and animators combines artistic vision, technical precision and commercial viability to deliver 3D animation, CGI, traditional animation and hybrid technique projects for clients in the Czech Republic and abroad. We create short-form series, advertising campaigns, branded content and character animation, blending creative storytelling with technical excellence.

From brief to delivery, we produce bespoke animated content or step in at any stage of production. Seznam Dog  — the beloved face of the biggest Czech Internet platform

Baldies / Plešouni — hybrid mixed-technique series for children by the director Eliška Podzimková (Digital cutout puppet + 2D drawn animation + 3D)

Zboží.cz  — A series of commercials for Seznam.cz shopping platform, featuring 3D-animated household heroes who guide shoppers through the world of online bargains.

Louis the Piglet — We produced animated children’s series The Film Knot Zlín and director Pavel Ondrašík. BBP handled rigs, 2D and 3D animation and production.

Allegro  — For Allegro, one of Central and Eastern Europe’s largest online retailers, we reimagined their mascot Malvin the Elephant. BareBear handled on-set supervision, 3D animation, VFX, compositing, lighting, and final delivery across all media.

World of Warcraft — We created 3D-rigs and character animation for the production company All Animal, tasked by Blizzard to bring the legendary world of World of Warcraft to life in a brand-new way. Darkride premiered at Gamescom 2024.
