I was first introduced to production design while studying at the University of South Wales. After two semesters abroad, I returned to Prague where I got my MA in Production Design at DAMU/FAMU and started to work on commercials and indie shorts as well as TV series and feature films of various genres.
Most recently, I worked on a TV mini-series "Suspicion" which premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival in 2022, and a feature film "Victim" which premiered at the Venice Film Festival the same year.
When creating the visual worlds of my projects, I focus on the atmosphere, emotions and the characters' backstories that I try to visually translate to the audience. I love location scouting, everywhere.
